When you try to contact them it goes to VM. Saying they will call you back within a couple hours, however they are simultaneously emailing you responses to your online inquiry to cancel or get a call. They offer a refund on their website which I asked for within moments of my order being submitted. They immediately responded that they are not able to give any refund because they already provided the service (online appointment scheduling which you can do yourself for free). When I tried to cancel and ask for a refund with in moments of the order they emailed that they were not able to process a refund. They offer multi ways to request a refund on their website. The phone number goes to no one and the emails are responded to by robots. This is a money grab and is taking advantage of the TSA pre check process.
