*Phone number provided was not the phone number that was used* This company did not provide a customer service phone number whatsoever, only an email. Originally, I thought I was buying merchandise from DollsKill, a reputable website. I soon found out I was scammed by a company known as Applyness which was disguising themselves as DollsKill. I found this website through an Instagram advertisement. Their website page has since changed, though when I originally bought the products I wanted, their website was almost identical to the real DollsKill website. I paid for my merchandise with a debit card and my bank account said it was an international transaction which was already suspicious. I ended up paying for the merchandise and never received it. I emailed what I thought was Dollskill at the time but now showed up in my email as "APPLYNESS" regarding my order never arriving. I checked the sketchy tracking website frequently and found that my package said "delivered" even though it never actually came. Each time I asked for a refund, they told me my order was in fact delivered and to try checking my front porch. I never received such merchandise, even after waiting another month. When I threatened to report this scam to the BBB, they promised me a replacement package free of charge to be sent. Applyness told me this package would arrive within one week. It has now been a total of three months since I originally bought the items on the website, and I have yet to receive any product whatsoever. Every time I email this company, they send the same repeated emails and I have asked for my money back several times. They still will not offer me a refund.

Hi so I placed the order through a link from an instagram ad that looked like the official DollsKill website which I have bought from before but when I went back to see my tracking through the link in the confirmation email it was a complete different website and all the products i bought were gone. The third party tracking site definitely looked like a scam and I don’t think any of the products were real since the site seemed to be pretending to be another website and when I reached out to them because I never received my order but it said it delivered they sent me a different tracking service than the one listed in my confirmation email and it also did not look real. Also neither of the tracking sites contained my home address just the town so there’s no way to know where they delivered it that is if they ever even did.

I also tried putting my tracking number in on the actual DollsKill website and it said the order didn’t exist.

I am currently filling a bank dispute to get my money back but I know others were also deceived by this ad because Ive seen multiple videos on tiktok talking about this happening to them and I would love for it to be looked into and I would also like to receive an update that this matter is being addressed because I am also concerned that this scam site has my address and bank information and I don’t know what to do about that. The applyness website also has no address or physical means of contact listed.
