No phone number and no one to reach for questions. Exam material expired in a month and a half (before I could even take my exam)and it doesn't say anywhere that it expires! I have emailed 2 times or "contact section" on their website so far with no reply.

Website states "Money Back Guarantee" and that is false. Approximately six emails have been sent requesting contact. Unable to find physical address of website company. Facebook Messenger message was sent. The company does not respond nor back up their policy yet are happy to take your money and pay for a service.

I purchased the trainee exam prep from this website and was never given the exam. I contacted support which sends them an email, there is no number, I don't even know where this company is located. I got an email response before I made the purchase because I had questions to which exam I should pay for. I got an email pretty quick and was told to get the certified residential exam which was more expensive. So that was strange since I don't even have my residential license as I'm only a trainee. So that didn't sit well with me, so I decided to purchase the trainee exam because I was never tested for this license due to changes to the requirements. After I purchased and sent payment and contacted about not having the trainee exam available to prep, I never got a response. I emailed several other times and never received any responses, I only had 2 quizzes available to study which were the basic principles and procedures. I didn't purchase the principles and procedures, I purchased the trainee exam. So when I click on packages which can be seen on the attached image, it shows all the packages available. As you can see the principles and procedures are 17.99 a piece, which i never purchased. The trainee exam I purchased is blank and I can't but feel ripped off, this website also states if u don't pass your exam you get your money back guaranteed. Well guess what I failed my test and I didn't bother emailing them because they will never respond to you. If you go to the FAQ section of the site, none of the questions work so u cant see the answers which is really convenient since you will never know the details on (How does the guarantee work?). I would definitely stay away from this website as its a complete scam.
