11/27/24 – Received am email advising I was eligible to complete a loan modification application through my Mortgage Company.

12/16/24 - After filling out the application - I called and talked to Lisa Brown and returned the application.

• She advised of an escrow payment was needed in the amount of a little less than $3000.00 to complete the application. Escrow payment was to pay the escrow arrearages. This payment was to be paid by the end of the month since that was when my house was eligible for this loan modification.

12/26/24 – I submitted the $3000.00 by getting cash out of my banking account and using what I was advised was to be sent as an E payment (Escrow payment) through Walmart. The payment was sent in 2 transactions using the E codes that they provided.

In order to complete the contract of this loan modification – I had to submit 3 payments starting 1/24/25 in the amount of $998.

1/24/25 – I called the number to Lisa Brown to make the first payment. After the number was busy a few times – I called directly to ServiSolutions to find out that they in fact did not receive $3000. The loan modification that I completed was a scam and that they started eviction process on 12/18/24 after the home was sold a few days before.
