Was contacted. in regard to an approved loan. I knew I had checked into one but not for the amount that was told to me when I was speaking to the guy on the phone. After, getting all the information, I did what was asked and I was sure that I would have the money on the card and would be able to use the card within a hour. After waiting for about 2 hours, I called back and spoke with the gentleman again and was asking what was going on and he stated that the manager had left and had all the paperwork with him and the pin number also. He would have him call me the next morning at 9 am and he would take care of everything. So, the next morning, being Saturday, at 9 am, I never got the phone call, I called at 9:30am, stating that I must have mis understood, and that I was calling and that I would like for a call back. I waited and called back 4-5 times that day leaving a message each time stating I would like a call back and that on that last message stating that I checked that balance of the gift card, and the balance of the card was $4.29. I stated that I was very mad and upset that I was lied to and stole from and that I was going to call and make a complaint.
