Apps Maven has failed to fulfill said obligations, and instead built a mobile application based on their own assumptions and requirements and not the requirements provided by the client. Further, Apps Maven considers the application to be “complete” though the application does not possess the core competency required by the client and agreed upon by Apps Maven. The client provided clear requirements in writing and further discussed, explained, clarified, and reviewed said requirements in 50+ skype phone calls.
Therefore, Apps Maven's contracted services have not been performed even though they have been paid for in full.
