This woman takes money for full service without doing the service. She did not answer my calls only text that she has the right to take my money when she does not.

She is claiming to be a hairstylist, but I haven't been able to verify any licenses or any registered business. The name on her account is Janel Adams. She used two phone numbers during our communications, one as a primary phone number for texting (202-470-6481) and the other to collect payment (202-993-6996). On January 17, 2023, I made an appointment online with her where she required me to make a deposit. The appointment was for 02/06/23 at 4 pm for a total of $87.50. On the day of the appointment, I contacted her, and she denied having an appointment with her that day, saying I had an appointment with her the next day instead and almost double the price ($175). I agreed to come the next day but refused to pay a price that was not displayed on her website at the time of booking, asking her to give me a refund since she is refusing my appointment with her at no fault of my own. She stopped responding after that with no resolution, she just pocketed my money with no explanation. I am including a screenshot from her website showing the time, date and price of said appointment.
