I didn't answer but this one time (5:38 p.m. CST) I decided to phone back and it was Apria Healthcare. The woman who answered stated her name was Ellie. I explained to her that I was writing everything down and to plz hang on. I explained to her that on January 6th i had paid off my bill yet just received another one and was confused. The line went clear, I looked and apparently she had hung up on me. I proceeded to call back four different times also using the different menu options and each and every time was revolved back to the same menu but in the end of every call was hung up on. I then called from my husband's phone. A woman answers, I asked for her name and she wanted to know why. I stated that i wanted to know in order to address her and stated i was calling in regards to the recent bill i received and was again hung up on. I immediately called my bank to inform them of what was happening. I will also phone my personal banker and meet with him in person as they could possibly have my account and routing number. I did check the phone numbers on the statement I received (866.505.6365/866.838.4762/888.492.7742). Upon calling all three of them, every single automated reply was that this phone number has been reported as a scam.
