I contracted with Apricot Branding for website help and sent a deposit payment. "Eddie" (not his real name) has sent emails to me but has done nothing at all with my website. He stated "we are behind schedule" after several weeks of not contacting me, although no "schedule" was ever discussed. I explained to "Eddie" that I wanted 1/2 of my deposit returned to me and that I did not want to work with him anymore, as our views of a working relationship were quite different. He refused to give me 1/2 of my money back, saying he had earned the money from the emails he sent me (many of which I did not get). I would caution others about using Apricot Branding as this does not appear to be an actual business.
