DO NOT RENT FROM APRIL HOME RENTALS. IT IS A SCAM
Initial offer for the place was $1,850 per month but they quickly went down to $1,500.
Signed Rental Agreement, Sent money through Paypal to the "landlord" named Jessica Viera.
Then i did some more digging into their website and its a complete fake. Stock photos of random people, links on the website go no where. Nothing is real.
Tried to get my money back as "Meggas" was still texting me but after a day, no response.
