I seen an ad on Facebook for a gaming table clicked on the picture and was directed to aprilmiracle.com. The website seem to be very legit. I proceeded to purchase the gaming table within anticipation of 30 days of delivery within 24 to 48 hours I was able to use my tracking number to follow my order of saying that my item was being processed. I was able to get my invoice information about a day later I went back to check to see if my item was shipped and noticed the information was completely wiped out. I wasn’t able to find my tracking number was unable to find my email address was unable to find any information pertaining to my order. I contacted the company via email , in regards to my shipment the item and when it will arrive, the company is very quick with responding told me that the website was down and customers are not able to track their shipment at the time. It will be up running soon. Waited about a week still not able to find any information pertaining to my order contacted the company again which they did respond back told me they will reach out to the warehouse in charge of shipment and will give me a tracking number within three business days three days have passed and I reached out to the company to let them know the time frame has passed and I need my tracking information. Just when I was going to write them again to tell them to cancel my order and to send my money back they sent me a tracking number I was able to, use a tracking app called Tracker to follow my shipment of my product and then stop contacting the company as I now have a tracking information and I’m able to follow the shipment. I noticed that it reached the states and was held in Chicago for about a week. The item soon said it was released from customs. and was on its way to me. I contacted the company when I realize that item was out for delivery in Texas. The company keep prolonging the matter. By telling me that the shipment will be on its way to me I called the US Postal Service to inform them that the items shipped to the wrong state they informed me that the item was already delivered and it weighed 1 pound. This item is online on other websites for about 46 to 64 pounds which prompted me to believe that this is now a scam. the company is not able to re-reached over the phone. I have looked on other websites after the situation and found that other customers have also been scammed. Their items have not been delivered or their items have been delivered but into the wrong state this company is going around taking peoples money.
