I received an email from someone named April Weiss wanting to order Avon products from me. She said she found me on the Avon website. My mother, who is also an Avon rep said she received a similar email from the same person but ignored it. She claimed she was a makeup artist from a new modeling agency coming to my area for a photo shoot. She wanted to pay with a cashiers check and sent one in the mail. The check was for $1,800 more than the order due to an error, and she wanted me to send the difference back through western union to someone else who was the 'photographer' as it was supposed to be for his flight. The check I received was from a Patricia Fitzgerald of r&d photography
