I saw the Balsam Tree Ad on Facebook and used my credit card to purchase the tree in March 2023 and have not received any merchandise.

The scammer had a website posted on Facebook advertising a touchscreen game table.I purchased the game table through the website and never received the table.When I tried to call the number on the website I was unable because it was not a real number. I then sent an email and finally got a response back saying that I would receive a tracking number soon. I finally received a tracking number after I contacted them by email again. I have been tracking this supposed package for the past week and a half and today it has several entries and then says it was delivered to my mailbox in Tennessee. I don’t live in Tennessee and I know I put my address as the delivery address.
