The same thing happened to me. They contacted me on Instagram asking us to be a brand ambassador. We ordered and 2/3 items came 3 months later. The quality was so bad. stitching we’re hanging out of the shirt. The sizes were small. I later found all the items on Aliexpress for 1/5 of the price. They are dishonest and prey on innocent people. It’s amazing their Instagram page has so many followers. They should be blocked on Instagram. Every time I post a picture of my child, I get one their this so called brand ambassador complimenting our picture and then asking us to contact ABC to be come a brand ambassador. Scammers

April Moon Boutique is a scam business model that targets kids in instagram to purchase their cloths and not deliver.I purchased for my 11 months old baby three expensive items ( 75 USD after their claimed 50% off) in mid April 2020 and still I am waiting to this day ( June 11, 2020) to receive the items while the tracking appears the delay and delivery date in 27 may!I contacted with their help desk and it was a very rude reply not caring about the issue claiming that this company is a Canadian company while all merchandise and shipping come from China and thats how they get away from not delivering the items mentioning that the china post delivery is not in their scope of business ( Really !? WTF) I did REQUEST FOR cancellation of the purchase for two reasons : 1) I dont wish to have their products any more 2) my daughter now is almost 14 months old and those wont fit her at all...MThey would not give me a refuny request was rejected and I am not able to claim anything at this point with my money lost in their business ( what a shame they can do this scam over and over on naive mothers and get away easily )!
this is a terrible conning customer service and not satisfying . Their business is a scam and should be closed down.please somebody make sure these moneys are refunded and their business close down for future practices.

I agree its a scam! This is exactly what happend to me, ordered April its now June. They cant do refund they just keep saying wait for it. I gave up! Overpriced clothes but shipped from China? wth I found some of the clothes they are selling for not even half of the price.

Like everyone else, this company reached out to me to have my daughter be a brand ambassador. I was extremely hesitant so I only ordered one item. I ordered it 2/18/20 and it is now 6/5/20 and I haven’t received anything from the company. I have contacted them numerous times regarding my order and get no where. They will not refund my money. BEWARE.

Oh no! I can't believe I fell for a scam!. I ordered three items which were so overpriced. Its been 2+ weeks. I received one parcel. The packaging was tacky and threw me off! I started doubting then on.. What should I do? Contact my bank?

I had the same experience with them. They are a scam. They get the clothes from Ali express and ebay which cost 4£ and they sell them for 30£. What I did is contacted my bank they returned me the money and then they dealt with them.

April moon contacted me in Instagram to become a brand ambassador. I had to purchase an order so my kid could model the clothing and promote their business. I did that and this baby brand sent me a SHOVEL, this “Canada” base company sent me a shovel from China instead of baby clothing from their boutique that’s supposedly located in Canada. I haven’t gotten my money back yet but I am not going to stop contacting them until I do. As the email “[email protected]” always responds back from [email protected] it’s just to fishy this online boutique.

I ordered and has been almost 7 weeks. They continue to send me rude msgs on Instagram. They are aggressive. Extremely rude customer service reps. Refuse to give me a refund. Says i have to file and investigation to find my own things. Which takes you to the return center. Cannot return what you don't have. Scammer. Beware!

I had the same experienced. Promised to become some sort of "brand rep" on instagram and got a discount code. Ordered and was told it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. 6 weeks later, I have emailed countless times and just get pre-written emails back. No refund. No items. Complete scam! The company also says they are Canadian but reference Chinese tracking for their orders! So BEWARE!

This company called April Moon Boutique reaches out to people and individually talks about their child. They leave comments saying they want you to buy their clothing and even offering you discount codes. I have not bought anything because I looked at their website and there was no contact information for the so-called company. When I tried to research further, no results were found.

This company reaches out to people about your children to getting you to buy clothes and they will give you a discount code you can make money off of. After the purchase you get different run around emails and then they wont respond to you later on. If they do they will never answer your question at all.
