I received the pants and they were clearly shorter than an average pant, I would have no way of expecting that. I attempted the return and the customer service was negotiating the amount to give me when I just wanted to return the product for a refund, as it notes on their site.
The site does not clearly define stipulations around why returns would not be returned. As a consumer I ordered with confidence that I would be able to return if needed.
