This company AptDeco scammed me this week and have since disappeared, leaving my home a disaster zone. Order #105977. I ordered 1 cabinet; AptDeco required me to pay an additional $140 "white glove" delivery/assembly fee + pre-tip the assemblymen for an additional total fee of $180. When the men arrived, they made me sign for it, dropped the box, and ran out. I called them back in before the elevator came and they cracked up laughing, stating that they've never assembled a new product before in their entire lives. I showed them the email confirmation and they acted over-the-top shocked and they agreed to assemble per the email, and also stated they do not receive the pre-tip added for them. THEY DID NO ASSEMBLY, AND CLEARLY HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE EVEN IN THEIR OWN HOMES. This company tore every inch of every box apart, dumped out every single screw and bolt, and then sat on the phone and YouTube the entire rest of the time. They also broke 2 pieces in their chaos, plus the shelving width doesn't match up to the wood, so it is just garbage. They then left, with everything a disaster around them, cracking up laughing. I got their superior on the phone (Edwin Minor), showed him images, and he agreed his guys messed up royally but refused to send another crew or remove the product. He then ignored my calls. Over this time, I spent 4 hours attempting to contact AptDeco for assistance. They have no phone reps, and no one answered the chat or email. To this day, no one has replied and my house is still a disaster with pieces everywhere. I need a refund for the fake assembly fee, the fake tip, and crap product. APT DECO IS A SCAM.
