Last night I got a window pop up that said my computer was infected. There was a number on the screen to call Microsoft. I called it, Henry Austin answered, but he was from India, he called me the wrong name. There was also a n Ethan Hall. They wanted $499 a cashier's check to fix computer. They wanted it sent to Apware Inc, 170 Rockview Blvd, Lake Forest CA 92630. Another name was Support Buds.
