I ordered a tumbler from Aqua Cozy in February. Received two emails; one that my order was being processed; another that it had shipped. The tumbler never arrived. When I tried to reply to Bob from Aqua Cozy, the email bounced back. I have had no further communications from this company. Obviously, this was a scam. I see from this site that I am not alone. federal trade commision needs to be told along with the better business bureau the attorney general's office and anyone else you can tell . This is my daughter's email message from this company. remember always use pay pal to purchase orders only way to fight this type of scam

I ordered a quilt.. actually two of them...got emails that it was being processed and such. Was told my next email would have a shipping tracking number...then crickets. Email gets bounced back and website doesn't work. Very disappointed.

I ordered a custom tumbler which cost over $45.00 on January 20, 2020. The product was never received after receiving several emails that the product was on it’s way. When I tried to contact them b email or phone, I couldn’t reach anyone. What a scam!

Placed order January 13th and received a confirmation email. I have not received any other order updates nor has the order been delivered. I sent an email this morning with the order information and demanded a refund. My next step is going to PayPal reporting them for fraud getting my money back. this company should be taken down, they are scammers.

I ordered an item from Aqua Cozy and paid $55, they claimed to have shipped it but DHL has no tracking information available. And now my emails to Aqua Cozy come back as undeliverable. Not only are THEY are rip off, but so is facebook for allowing them to advertise. Facebook does not allow you to even contact them about their advertisers. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM A FACEBOOK AD. RIP OFF ALERT.

Ordered a king size blanket with purple butterflies. The product I got would maybe fit double bed also no bright purple butterflies, mostly stamped black backing with lots of mixed patterns some look likebutterflies?and another design I'm not sure.
Very thin material,also funny smell.My cat took one smell and moved on.This company needs to be out of buisness and refunds to coustomers.

I recently ordered a sweatshirt from their website and waited for nearly a month to receive it. Once I received it, I tried it on and it was too big on me. When I emailed the customer service to try and return it, they (Morgan) told me that I could not return it, even though I told her it was in perfect condition (which it is). I paid over $50 for the sweatshirt, so you can imagine I am pretty upset. I am still waiting for an explanation as to why I cannot return it.

I saw the ad on Facebook and ordered the beginning of December a fleece quilt and tumbler. I received the confirmation right away. Only to find out the product is coming from China and is taking over a month to ship. I received the quilt today but no tumbler - so I send an email to [email protected] which came back undeliverable. I will be calling the credit card company tomorrow to get a refund. And yet I receive sale emails every day from different people claiming to be from AquaCozy. Stay away, far far away!

Ordered 2 throws from “Aquacozy” via internet. Received constant updates from a “BOB DYLAN” ensuring me of quality production process. Received throws which turned out to be very inferior in quality and the imaging was so blurry. I trying to return, suddenly I am dealing with “easynfunny” out of China for my return... not at all as their return policy states which would be Pennsylvania.

I also got scammed on the quilts for sale on Facebook. Ordered 3 quilts. One was great. One was the wrong one, as it was a dark red and black and white, of which I would never have ordered, And the third one had a misspelled word. Someone from EasynFunny said it was a production error, and they would allow me 30% off a new one to purchase. I turned them in to BBB and my Bank, who is fighting it for me. You guys will never believe it, but they are sending me emails again, wanting me to buy another quilt. Do I look like I am going to buy ANOTHER quilt?

I purchased a hairpiece from an ad on Facebook, Oct. 29, 2019, thinking I'd have it for Thanksgiving and the holiday season. My credit card was charged the amount right away. After 3 weeks, I sent an email from my order confirmation email. An answer came back from bonzstore.com saying order being processed don't worry. Dec. 15 sent another inquiry to the bonzstore and received a response from Katherine Graham @ Easynfunny telling me my order is being processed don't worry. Answered this email to "Katherine Graham" as such: Since Oct. 19? Really? No response since. Calling the credit card company tomorrow and praying these scammers are exposed for what they really are. Thieves.

Ordered steelers 3D hoodie. Scam they take your money an you get nothing. They use the name cozyzon aquacozy Kathryn will assure you it’s processing and not to worry! She’s from (easyfunny.) I don’t even know where she came from. Filing with PayPal for a refund. Hopefully get my 50 bucks back!

At the end of November 2019 I ordered a sweatshirt for my son to be given as a Christmas gift. I got concerned when I tried to find the sweatshirt again on the website to show my wife what I had ordered. I eventually found the same shirt on a different website and that when I wondered if I had been scammed. Like others have reported, I received all the confirmation emails that made things seem legit. After a couple of weeks and no delivery I decided to start trying to figure out if I had been hoodwinked. I tried to reply to the confirmation emails and I got a message back saying that the contact email didn’t exist. I then went to the Aqua Cozy website and emailed from there. I later received an email stating they were processing my request. Following that, I received another email from “Kathryn Graham (EasynFunny)” telling me everything was fine and not to worry. Then Christmas came and went, and I alone am left to tell the tale. Easy for them to steal your money! Not too funny when you realize that a professional website can be made by a crook too!
I included all my emails to prove how they operate.

Once you order, they send “updates” detailing each step from “the founder- Bob Dylan,” and also a founder “Brayden Rogers” the first couple almost look legit. Then you get “hey this is Braeden” and the email is signed by “Bob Dylan.” “Update notice from azycozy.com” “update from sleepfancy.com” “shipping update - i’m Looking at it right now and it looks fantastic.” Then it goes from regular updates to absolutely nothing. I received the first part of my order and they are just cheap pieces of fabric with a stitch over the top. The back is almost a sheer black. They feel cheap. Definitely not worth the $50 paid, let alone “$180” or whatever the original price was. Received one blanket at a time, and still have not received the third. I asked multiple times for a refund in the items I had not received and the replies from “Easyfunny” and nothing about “aqua cozy” in sight (in fact the aqua cozy contact email listed returns as undeliverable). Don’t order their cheap crap, find something else to order, you can get a good deal and stay away from this ridiculous and disappointing headache.

I purchased a blanket from a Facebook site. It has a very trusting website. Once I received the confirmation it was signed by a different company. I then researched that company and have countless stories on how this company either sends low quality products or not sending any at all. I tried to contact to cancel and the company said order is being processed so I am not able to. Once I told them I was going to report them they have stopped responding to me. I have recently filed a dispute through paypal.
