Do not understand facebook and computers enough. I thought I was getting a free product to try for just the shipping of $5.95. I clicked all but got booted out of the web site by my norton anti virus, said unsafe environment. Never got an invoice or email, but got product a week later with nothing except the product, no invoice or terms of contract or anything. Then 2 weeks later , I got a charge for $98.66 which I did not know about. Left on a trip, came back , got my mail and found this out on my charge and because it was over a month ago, they would not refund my money, said maybe I could get 30% back, so I hung up. I called my charge and explained and they set up a dispute with that company.

So beware of anything that is seen on facebook or any other site.

it starts with a free trial and you pay approximately 12.00 for shipping of 2 products. It advertises free and makes no mention of a 14 day trial. They then withdraw 95.00 from your account from the time they ship the product. When you call to cancel, it is only for one product. You then have to call a completely separate number to cancel the second product when both were advertised and purchased and shipped from the same website. I was told that this information is in the terms and conditions which are way at the bottom of the page and few people read them because they are so long.
