The "business" took my money for an order of Aquaguard Preswim hair conditioner, and the browser showed an order number. I have a screenshot of the order number before closing the browser. It is the only evidence that an order took place. (Other than money taken from my debit card.) The "business" did not send me ANY confirmation email. It did not send me ANY text, although the screenshot of the page with the order number clearly says "You’ll receive a con?rmation text with your order number shortly." The credit union will not reverse the charge while it is pending, even though the best time to refuse a charge is before it posts. The credit union is going to allow the charge to post FIRST. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and the Oregon department of justice. The business has NO ADDRESS. The area code is for Eugene, Oregon or nearby cities. The business does not answer its phone. Its outgoing messages does NOT allow a caller to leave a voicemail message. The business has not replied to emails.
