I ordered a laptop cant even remember the brand it was so long ago. I have emailed them 10+ times and everytime they just send me my tracking number. My order has been in china since 5/8/20 and I thought because of the pandemic it would take awhile but it hasn't moved at [censored]ing all. I've been asking for a refund and they skip right over and just send me tracking info like I haven't been checking that constantly. I have bought a new laptop and just wanted my money back but I guess not. Thought I was getting a good deal given hard times but instead they steal money from people during a [censored]ing global pandemic when people have lost their jobs and just wanted some for of entertainment. I lost 64$
They email back at weird times too like 3am 4am very strange and the website should be shut down.

On "Google shopping" I clicked on a Dyson blow-dryer. Which led me to "aquates.club". The price was super cheap and I assumed because it said they were discontinuing that specific style. It was for $58.92. I looked up the company name and saw good reviews. Only the name differed from "Aquate" and "Aquates". I proceeded to check out. The e-mail they sent for my order had the day wrong. My purchase was 5/3 and they had 4/2. I tried calling them and the phone number on their website didn't work. I e-mailed them for a tracking number and they replied to be patient the order will go out within 3 days and the tracking number isn't avaible yet. I've sent 4 messages since and they keep saying the same thing. I requested a refund and haven't heard back since.
