I ordered 2 hydrogen water bottles from aquawellness.com. One of the bottles showed up without a seal on the bottom side, which caused the bottle to leak and was unable to hold water. After emailing customer service (no phone number to call) I was told that they could only offer a 20% refund per their policy. The item was 100% defective. I wasn't offered a replacement at all.
