I got this offer:

With reference to your application and subsequent review of your CV and portfolio, we are pleased to offer you employment in our organization as Graphic Designer .You will be working from your remote location, a mini office will be set up to provide a conducive work environment.
Enumerated are the list of the office supplies and tools to set up your mini Office and time tracker to calculate your daily hours, to be purchased before you can start the job fully. Complete range of office supplies and equipment to set up your home office; *Apple MacBook pro Laptop *All-in one Printer *Set of furniture *Card Filing Systems *File Cabinets *File Folders * Data generator and analysis Software *Digital Storage *Inks and Ribbons *Surge Protectors *Automated Time Tracker. Complete software programs time tracker to calculate your daily duties.
You will receive your duties everyday via email; You will receive your pay bi weekly via wire transfer, direct deposit, depending on your preferred choice.
Your salary is $35 per hour; you are expected to work between 20 - 40 hours on weekdays.
You will receive funds for setting up your mini office by purchasing the office equipment and software.
You will be on probation for a period of three months. A letter of employment offer will be mailed to you after you accept this employment offer . This appointment may be terminated by either party giving 2 weeks’ notice.

You will be enrolled for these benefits after a period of 3 months of working with us. Hi Dr Graham.
Thank you for the gracious offer. Before I say yes, may I request a phone-call or preferably a video chat? As in normal times we would have probably had an in-person interview, it would feel good to get some degree of personal interaction before employment. It sounded like from the initial text message I got that we would be having a chat earlier in the week, so I was surprised that it didn't happen.
I'm also hoping you can provide a website for ARC Consulting. I was able to find an accounting firm in San Francisco, and a management consulting firm in Florida, neither of which is associated with the url from which you wrote me (rssu.info).
Thanks also for the detailed list of supplies. Does it make a difference if I already own some of them? (Macbook Pro, furniture, digital storage.)
