My sister originally received a call from ARC Investigations saying I owed money on a loan I don't recall having taken out. They said I had felony charges and needed to pay 1,500 dollars. I called the court house and they said they had no record of anything - they told me to contact BBB. I spoke with Maria Martinez and Melissa Morgan on the phone at this number: 210-957-8763 and they kept demanding money within 2 hours or the police would come and arrest me.

My name is Jerry Halley in this company has left a message for my wife her name is Sammie Halley her maiden name is Bertram. I have saved the voicemail they have also called her brother my mother and a few other family members leaving threatening voicemails
