I received a call on1-18-24 from a man from a courier service called AVL, stating that he had documents to deliver to me the next day between 3 and 5 PM and if I would be available? I said yes and I asked what the documents were concerning? He told me that he didn't know, but I could call the number that he gave me and the case number that he provided and I called and asked. I called and it was ARC Mediations, and Mike Sellers, and I supposedly owed a debt to Bank of America for $756.00 from 2006? Well, the thing is that I did have a balance with BofA, but I took care of that when I opened my account in 2020 with the bank in Texas over the phone with the agent in Nevada via the phone and that was cleared and this guy was full of crap, but he didn't know that! I told him to send the paperwork and I will see him in court and I wanted his license number. He disconnected his call and I called back and he never answered. When you call their bluff, they punk out!

I received the same message as previous complaints. I called the number back and a voicemail stated leave a message for Michael Bailey. I most definitely don't have any dealings with anyone of these people. I'm straight not falling for these tricks...

“ This message is for Jennifer, ______this is David coming independent courier, scheduling review some certified documents Tomorrow, November 8 either at your residence or place employment location. This will be documented refuse to comply. The process will continue without you. There any questions concerns you want to reschedule contact or parties office immediately and and 8 6 6- 5 3 0- 5 2 7 6 and your file number B as employee ****4 There's your phone notification _____ plan accordingly…”

I received an unknown call at 2:12 pm, I didn't answer and the didn't leave a voicemail. My wife arrived home earlier evening and she told me she had a voicemail for me. The unknown caller called her at 2:14 pm and left a voicemail stating the name but couldn't make it out as a process server that would be coming to my house the next day between 3pm - 5pm unless he receives a stop order from the company that hired him. His message advised that I call the number 866-835-4588 to discuss my case. I called back and let it ring until a voicemail for William Bailey picked up. I just said you reached William Bailey leave a message.

I received the same message, same script this morning. From an unknown caller. The only weird thing is they called three of my family members as well asking for me with the same message. How would they get their phone numbers? or even know we are related. I was freaked out for a minute. My husband called them back and they just left him on hold and eventually hung up. When he called they said the company was called ARC Mediation services. 866-835-4588. The guy who called everyone and left me a message used the name "Brian Brokaw". I guess I will just wait and se if he turns up at my job tomorrow lol.

Got a call from Victoria Wilson at 866-535-7140 claiming she would visit me tomorrow between 3-5 pm, same script as above, that if I wasn't there, a judgment would be filed.

I called, spoke with Mr. BAILEY and he said Wells Fargo sold this collection dept from a checking overdraft to an "investment firm" and ARC mediation was collecting in it.

I never had a checking account with Wells, so it was apparent the immediate scam.

I can't believe they're still calling people. That was months ago, at least! But that manager was how I knew I was being scammed, in all my years I have never heard such unprofessional speech from someone in a position of management!

Call again, ask for the manager Miles, ask if he's still out getting high or if he's ready to answer some questions. He accidentally used his real name with me once after giving me some fake name, I called back on a different number and it broke his facade. He was definitely intoxicated when I called back the third time.

A private number (Cowardice is never a good look if you want legitimacy) left a voicemail stating I would be brought certified (by who?) documents (what kind?) at my place of work ( I'm retired ) or my place of residence (No thought of being aware of dogs, alarms, camaras, and the retired Marine exercising his Constitutional Rights). Hilariously, I was given a number to call a number to avoid these fools. For fun I called it, got the name ARC Mediation, an address in Houston TX but only a post office box (Cowardly), and kindly thanked them, as now I had something to use to write this report to help vulnerable folks being bothered by these seemingly cowardly vultures. I reported them to the appropriate agencies for violating the laws pertaining to the National do-not-call list, and am laughing that these ignorant scammers picked me today - I have absolutely no collectible debt and, if they really knew anything of substance about me, they would have begun by contacting one of my attorneys over anything legitimate. Obviously, these are unpatriotic carcass pickers. Don't worry folks, it's just what our once great nation has become. Let's make America great again, and expose these vultures.

My name is Brian. I'm an independently contracted courier and I've been tasked with delivering you certified documents which are attached to your name as well as your social security number. I'm scheduled to arrive at your current residence or place of employment tomorrow, June 8th between the hours of three and five PM. If I'm unable to reach you at either of those locations, it will be documented as a direct refusal to sign and the proceedings will continue on without you. Now, if you have any further questions concerns or if you need to reschedule prior to my arrival tomorrow, please contact the filing party's office directly at 8667169703. And refer to your file number. You have officially been notified and unless I receive a stop order today, I will be out tomorrow afternoon. So please plan accordingly.

I called the number provided and asked all the appropriate questions...who was the debtor, when was the account opened/closed etc. They had no loan documentation to share.

Me being an investigated I collected all this information and googled the company EZ Corp and these people got sued for millions for illegal debt collections and illegal payday loans. I mentioned this to the person on the phone and she got quiet. I failed to ask at the time what company I was talking to, but I called back and the company is ARC mediation in Texas, which is the same place EZ CORP was located.
I emphasized that I never had an account with EZ CORP and did not know who this company was.

I doubt if they show up since all the other complaints stated they did not.

Received a call from an unknown person saying that documents will be served on Monday between 3-5pm at my location, would not clarify what this is for or who it is coming from and gave me this number to call, 1-866-716-9703 with a reference number to get more information; I called and when answered, they don't even identify where you are calling and a woman by the name of Page answered, then transferred me to a Valerie Davies who proceeded to tell me that I had taken out a loan from an Easy Corp. I failed to ask where I was calling and then called back again and again, Page answered, I asked the name of the company and she babbled the name and when I asked her to spell it, she become irritated and hung up the phone; I called a second time and Valerie Davies answered and she indicated after several times of asking that they are with ARC Mediation. I asked her what ARC stands for and she said it does not stand for anything; I then proceeded to ask why they were so secretive in providing any information and they said that all the relevant information is in the documents that again will be served on Monday.

I want them to stop calling me!
They will not provided an address to send in writing to stop harassing me and threatening me to serve me documents in my home and employer but will not allow me to dispute. Damn scammers

If the story was exactly the same I supposedly owed $400 to US Bank they were gonna give me a chance to pay it I had U.S. Bank for maybe five months and I made sure that when I close that account I didn’t know anything because they had been so hideous to begin with anyway so I knew it was fake I called US bank to verify directly to their corporate office they said I don’t owe them anything. The guy was pretty convincing he made it sound like they were going to send a courier out to myAnd if I didn’t sign then they would have court proceedings without me and the judge would make a judgment without me being present they didn’t ask me for any money upfront however the guy actually threatened me before I got off the phone just for the added weird factor

So glad I found this! I was at work worrying that they're coming to serve me for who knows what. I know better than to pay ANY sort of "debt" over the phone it was the court document part that freaked me out.
I got left VM today stating that they'd be at my place of residence between 3-5 tomorrow and if i wasn't there they'd have no other option but to drop them off at my place of employment and that would require a supervisor signature. And if they couldn't find me at either location they would note that as a direct refusal to sign and court proceedings with continue without me. I frantically call my husband certain that of the many scam calls we've gotten throughout the years this one is legit and not a scam.
He calls them directly and sure enough they say i owe 1400 from Wells Fargo from 2007. But i can settle if for 990 today. We called WF, they confirmed that nothing is owed. They also had my information from 12 years ago as the most current. I hope no one falls this :( the guy who called me was Josh Jacobs and my husband spoke to a Jackson Davis.

I had a legal courier leave me a vm with a call back number and case number if I had any questions. I called and spoke to a Jackson Davis. He claimed that Wells Fargo was coming after me for something that happened in 2011. He said if I set up a payment plan by Monday morning (this was on a Friday I spoke to him so no banks were open over the weekend to verify his claim) that he could put a stop to the papers being delivered. I tried to look up the phone number and company name and couldn't find anything. I then spoke to a Mike Sellers and when I started asking questions he kept putting me on hold and I eventually hung up.

Exactly the same thing happened to me this morning. Everything from The process server to Jackson Davis at ARC Mediation, Wells Fargo 12 years ago. I even called Wells Fargo to see what was going on and they said I had no account and that it was a scam. They even went as far to look up the info I provided and assured me it was a scam.

Same thing happened to me today. Lady said she was going to serve me with papers. That i needed to pay now or go to court. They had no information about me other than information from 20 years ago. If it was legal they would have updated information

I received a message from a private number stating the name of Michael Dillion as a process server that would be coming to my house the next day between 3pm - 5pm unless he receives a stop order from the company that hired him. His message advised that I call the number 866-806-1350 to discuss my case. I called the number and I heard "this is nick" then I was placed on hold and Nick came back. He said it looked like my number was associated with a case. I asked him for the case number, then he said he could not find any cases with my phone number and asked for the reference number that was left on my voicemail. (I didn't write the case number done as I suspected this as a scam). I asked him what state was this case in. Again he said there was no information based on the phone number I was calling in from but they work all over the place. (the same number the voicemail was left). I asked "Nick" why would someone call if there was no information in the system relating to my phone number. He didn't have an answer just wanted to information left on my voicemail. I asked for the company name and location. He said ARC Mediation out of Houston, Texas. The only thing I could find it a non profit company (ADR) that offers training for mediation. I advised "Nick" that I was right next to the courthouse and would be researching to see if I had an open case against me and if not I would report this number as fraud.
