Arcadia has come to my door twice claiming to be there to verify that I'm getting a 'pay credit' to my utility account. They say that they need to see my Utility bill from BG&E to confirm. In addition to anyone knocking door to door asking to see your power bill being an obvious scam, I called BG&E and confirmed that they were a scam lying to get my account number and sign me up for services I did not ask for. They've come to my place twice now, and although I haven't fallen for it, I don't want others to fall for this scam, either.
