Carlos Zingale was selling something on Facebook marketplace. Printed out and emailed a shipping label from Fed Ex. I payed for half. Said he dropped off package at Fed ex but they we’re having technical difficulties. Didn’t receive a drop off confirmation email. He sent a photo but it wasn’t accurate. Then he said he had to try a different shipping company and that was the Arc Logistics website. Said I had to pay more for shipping at that point I knew I was caught in a scam. I reported it to my bank but they can’t do much.
