I received an email stating my security subscription plan has been automatically renewed. They couldn't tell me for what Item it has been renewed for . For example a lab top , computer, or phone. They couldn't even tell me where they took the money from debit card or credit card. They said the payment was put through and at this point I was loosing it. She said they could send me a cancellation form but not through email. They wanted to get into my computer and do it this way. That wasn't happening . I just got even angrier and told her to send it too my email and she hung up. I checked my accounts and credit card and nothing was charged that I know of so far. If I would of let them in my computer I'm sure it wouldn't of turned out so good.
I was smart enough and didn't fall for this , I'm positive this is a SCAM as they couldn't give me info on what item this was for, the first red flag. It sounded like shop noises in the back ground on the call as well , really noisy. She didn't introduce her self as the geek squad and ask how can I help you? Second red flag. Third red flag , wanting into my computer.
