I made a purchased from an online store i saw on Instagram. Clothes seemed to be very cheap and cute. I placed the order and never received the packate they supposedly mailed. I contacted them thru the customer's support email and they will keep me entertained to make some time and never give my money back. They will always wxcuse themselves telling me they were very sorry that the refund was taking so long but to rest assure they would resolve this matter as soon as they could to give me my money back. At first, they offered me to pay me back 70% of my original payment back stateing they lost money to on the shipping. But i always demanded my 100% payment. I never received it! After sent them emails over emails. I had to called my bank and fule a complaint also with them to try to get my money back. I was able to get credited by the bank after 3 months and never received the package.

I ordered some stuff off this website and the first time they sent it out I was waiting 30 days only to find out the package was lost so they sent it out again and had to wait another 30 days for the second time .They said the package was delivered yesterday but I haven’t received it. I asked for a full refund but they said they can only give me half of my money back.

I have previously ordered from Gymshark, a legitimate business. When I saw this company advertising Gymshark at much reduced prices. I ordered merchandise totaling $46. I immediately received an email acknowledging my order. Today I received an email telling me my order was on the way. The tracking info is not legitimate. I researched the website to find the company was fraudulent.

They had an Instagram ad , saying there is a warehouse spring sale for gymshark . When I clicked the link , it had a different url saying archster Everything was really cheap and it looked like a legitimate website. I spent $48 , there website to track orders is sketchy as well it called track718.com.
