On October 24th I was guided to website https://arcteryxjackets.outdoorsportssgoods.com/ from Facebook, to what I believed to be a retailer selling Arc'teryx products for a reduced cost. I purchased three jackets of varying style and color (see receipt and prices in images attached). When I received and opened the package received from the company around November 21st, I found that not only were the jackets I received different in style, color and type from the ones I had ordered, but the jackets also appeared to be fake fabrications of Arc'teryx products. I contacted the company to request a refund, or to cover the costs of a return and then refund. The company has refused. Please see the attached photos.
