This company advertised a metal folding pet step but never sent it. Instead they sent a flimsy tiny leash that was fraying- one that not even a dollar store would sell. When contacted by email they insisted the steps were sent and gave a tracking number which matched the package that the leash came in. This package had an unidentifiable sender and when it arrived I had no idea where it came from. This company is fraud. When my discover card investigated them they couldn’t do anything because a package was sent. Very sneaky scammers.
