Ordered 5 clothing items online totaling $136.00 by credit card. Items were ordered on 04/04/2019 and received on 04/30/2019. Items were of poor quality, for example, the advertised linen jacket was polyester and poor quality. There was no number given to corresponding with the retailer only a support email address. I emailed them immediately requesting instructions to return the items and they responded with an offer to keep the items and give it to someone else and they will give me $35 refund since the postage was expensive. I shipped the items back to the address on the original package, emailed the tracking number and then they stated that they would only provide a refund of $68.00 and gave me another address to send the items. I want to warn others.
