An Instagram ad led to the website given. The website was in English and completely grammatically correct, which did not raise any red flags. There was a full description of the product and many product pictures. I selected the item and ordered it, using a credit card. I received a confirmation email and was notified when the item shipped (from China). When the package arrived it was not addressed from the company, but from an individual’s name. The product inside was a laughably cheap replica of the image on the website. A quick Google search revealed that they’d pulled images of a very high-quality item from another brand, removed the logo, and added it to their website.

-Internet based seller selling fashion items, such as footwear/clothing..etc. Product directly shipped from China using Yun Express.

- Item listed/shown on the website and images shown on customer review section is very different from the actual product received. After contacting their customer service via email, they are offering only return 50% of the amount ordered without taking responsibility of the product defect (Missing shoe laces) and incorrect decription of the product.

- I am unable to sumbit a valid review via their website
