I bought Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns with Arenanet, the parent company, promising many features. Upon release, Arenanet has canceled multiple features that they sold with Gw2:HoT expansion. One feature was Fractal Leaderboards. Currently, the president of the company is putting Legendary Weapons on hold indefinitely. The reason Mike O'Brien(the president) gave was that they did not have enough manpower and yet upon various investigation of quotes from a variety of resources including their own official statements, it is clear that Arenanet will not give us the product they took our money for. This, very blatantly, is false advertisement.

I think an investigation into this would be much appreciated because as of now, there was no explanation or apology except their workforce was stretched too thin.
