virtual assistant (remote job) posted on LinkedIn. I applied. the recruiter Raymond Steven sent me an email asking for my resume. Offered me the job without an interview. Sent me a check to deposit to purchase printer, licensing software. I called the bank listed on the check and was told it was fake. The recruiter asked me to mobile deposit or deposit to my ATM. Thank goodness no money was exchanged. Be on the look out for job scams on LinkedIn. I never thought someone would go to such measure to scam people who are sincerely looking for employment. smh
