The voicemail stated that "head arbitraitor Phillip Norman with ARG and Associates is attempting to contact (my electronic name) in regards to a pending motion scheduled to be filed with the county clerks office. If (my electronic name) would like to receive information in reference to a out of court dismissal they will need to contact the mediation department prior to legal documents being delivered to the defendant (my electronic name). Please be advised the this will serve as an official notification to (my electronic name). You may hold to be transferred to the office or contact us directly at (electronic voiced number 833-781-8208) and you will need to reference file number (electronic voice LR407911). This voicemail only referenced my name electronically and did not reference any other personal information about me. They have also called a couple of family members but only to reference my name electronically.

They called me from this # so I called back to see who it was and it was this lady saying I owed money on loan from 5 years ago and to top it off they even called my ex-wife looking for me! SMH. I asked for written confirmation but all she kept saying was I would be able to explain my situation to a judge in court so I said ok serve me and we'll see! I have a credit score of 744 I'm sure if I owed a 500 dollar loan I would know it!! These people are heartless and need to be prosecuted !! I asked the lady where was she calling me from and she said L.A. and I told her I don't live there nor have I ever been there then she said oh I must have your case mixed up with someone else's!! This needs to stop and stop now!!!

My sister received a call from Samantha stating I had a civil complaint and provided a case number. I immediately returned call and spoke to a male. He insisted I had intentionally opened a Wachovia Bank account with intent to fraud and provided an account number. He confirmed very little of my info (prev address and last 4 of social). Once I questioned for additional details he hung up on me. I returned call and he was rude and irritated. I know very matter of factly that I did not open an account. Thereafter I contacted Wachovia/ Wells Fargo Headquarters and they confirmed I have 0 accounts open/closed with my Social Security number. I returned call to the 8329067596 telephone number and spoke to Shawn Williams (again) to obtain details. They were consistent and he said just wait for your subpoena. I am waiting and will keep BBB updated with any further developments as I have never received any correspondence to any current or previous address.
