called my phone, I answered, they said that they were a mediations company and that I was being subpoened. I told them I would call them back once I got more info on their company. I googled their number and could not find anything. I called back and had to beg her to tell me what the company name was. She stated ARG...I asked what ARG stood for...Atlantic Recovery Group. I asked where they were located and she advised in Wakefield MA. I then asked why BBB has info that this company has closed and mail sent to this address was returned recently. she said that they operate under many different names...I hung up on her. As I was on the BBB website, a chat window opened up...and a BBB rep was able to confirm that this was indeed a scam. They could not locate any business with that toll free number and that business has been reported as close.
