Purchased online a head massager. It was never going to be shipped out so i asked for a refund. The phone number listed never answers except to tell you they do not accept messages. They never replied to any of my emails. Finally I was able to get in touch through facebook, but they shorted my refund and I had to practically harrass them to get my full refund. They told me continuously that they were going to post it back to my PayPal account and they finally did after I told them I was report them.
