I ordered a multimeter didn’t know it was coming from China. After a month, I shot them an email asking for an update. They stated my address was incomplete. They could not deliver the product but they gave me a china tracking number. I tried to verify with the United States post office, who stated once the item comes to the United States it will be given a USPS tracking number. I asked the company for the USPS tracking number which they gave me. I went to the post office and they confirmed that it was a fictitious tracking number. There site states 30 day money back guarantee, but I never received the product. I requested to give my money back. They said they will give me my money back, but they gotta charge me the product and the shipping company I’ve never received the product. Your site says 30 day money back guarantee you return my money ASAP. This company appears to be on Amazon.
