I was on social medial (tiktok) and I had been seeing these adds to a business that sold jewelry and the adds stated that they were marking down there inventory and closing there business due to hard times. I thought there jewelry was beautiful so I decided to purchases to items to help them out and because I like what I saw, I bought $131.90 worth of jewelry on 5/29/23. On 6/2/23, I received an email that states my items have shipped. I received a order number and tracking number for my order, when I looked up the tracking number online it said it does not exist and that it is scam, I emailed the company on 6/10/23 regarding not having received my order, the scam tracking number, and wanting a refund but I never heard back. I have yet received the items I ordered.

The ring I ordered is NOT real 925 Silver like the website claims. It has a fake stamp. The prongs started turning to brass after about a week, and it turned my finger green shortly after that. They also don't ship from California like they claim, they ship from China. They ship packages from China to their office in California, then forward them from their CA address to the buyer to get away with the lie. I've tried contacting their customer service so many times and they never answer me.
