I saw an ad on TikTok about a sale, placed my order. A few days later got a shipment confirmation with a tracking number that didn’t work. I went on the website to check the shipping status and it said no shippable items. I emailed asking for help with tracking but did not get a response. I emailed again asking why it says no shippable items but did not get a response. Tried to email them a third time and still have not gotten a response. I keep getting emails saying important information about your order but when I open them it’s just an ad to buy something. Almost 3 weeks with no response to my inquiries.

I saw the advertisement on Snapchat they were selling real sterling rings for a cheap price because “supposedly” the store is closing down. This made it more believable. So, I ordered two rings and one pair of earrings. One ring broke (real sterling doesn’t break that easy) however I wasn’t that frustrated, and I decided to leave a review. What made it worse for me is that they kept removing my review. This is misleading and it isn’t right. I work hard for my money.
