They advertised Ariat boots on clearance. I purchased 6 pair of boots for myself and my grandson. When I did not receive them in 6 weeks, I emailed customer support who in turn said they would send a second shipment. I never received this shipment either. I attempted to find out who their local delivery service was so I could file a complaint with them, and I started to receive the runaround. I requested a refund, which they said they sent, yet I again never received. I have proven to them I did not receive this, and finally told them I was filing a complaint with the BBB. I do have e-mail correspondence with them as well if I need to send you this.
