Bought $70 worth of merchandise. Received tracking number for order. Received email that merchandise was delivered to Bargain City, California. Emailed numerous times to get resent to correct address. With no attention to emails, requested a full refund 3 times through email. This whole ordeal lasted from October 2021 to January 2022 when website shut down. Have all documentation.

I ordered a pair of boots on Nov 13, 2021. Got a non-reply email that they received my order. No company info/contact info, such as address, phone number or email. Couple days later received another non-reply email that boots were shipped with a tracking number. I waited the 20 days and the tracking never changed from waiting for package to arrive. Contacted carrier and they never received the package. No way to contact these people. ???
