Never got package then 30 minutes before I was post to they asked for $420 bucks for a stamp

Waited a month for my package. Package was to arrive yesterday. Waited until an hour before it was to be at my house, they emailed me saying I need to pay an additional 420$ for a special stamp on top of the 50$ I had already spent.. they said money would be returned upon arrival of my package. Since then they have continuously messaged me for it and changing their method of payment. They are a complete scam.
