Black Friday deal. I purchased two items, received a confirmation that order was received, then shipped. When the purchase showed up on my credit card with random letters I knew it wasn’t a legitimate purchase . I reached out to customer service and it was a random email with them copying another email labeled customer service but random address. They sent me tracking info that was updating but ultimately as I expected it never came. They tried to offer me a 20% refund, then 40% and so on a so forth. I did not take any refund from them but said that I would be reporting it.

Purchased sol de janerio product sampler. Items never delivered. Contacted company and was told they were tracked to my house and delivered. Keep getting the same generic email response from them

Black Friday deal shopping. Thought I was on real sol de Janeiro site, but was on Fake website created that looked like real website. Identical. They even sent order confirmation email and has link for shipping. Should have received on 12th but never did.
