Contractor was hired to remove old deck/stairs on outside of home, and contractor lied about having experience, business license to operate in Kirkwood (which is required here), business insurance, and an experienced crew. Start date was to be April 1, and per facebook he was out of town vacationing until July. When construction finally began in late July (6 months after he cashed the deposit check,) the "workers" were untrained and did not speak English, stole items from our garage, smoked and drank on the job, and further the construction had to be CONDEMNED from the City of Kirkwood inspector. Trash was not removed from site. This process went on until November 2024 when he was FIRED.

Absolutely NO ONE should do business with this LIAR. He was trying to shake down an 85 year old woman for more and more money. He threatened neighbors to "mind their own business" when they were all taking pictures and videos of the garbage they were erecting.
