Could not get Arlo cameras set up. Searched for Arlo customer support and called phone number. Man with Indian accent answered and then transferred me to “tech support”. Another Indian accent asking questions about my issue. Sands me to try a few things like reboot etc. then starts asking for more info like account, password etc. after a few min he will eventually tell you that he needs to upgrade your system and needs xxx dollars to continue. Once he gets your money, it’s gone and nothing is fixed.
