When signing up for a recording plan for floodlight camera, it gives customers two choices - 14 day and 30 day. Neither will work with floodlight cameras. They know this but never let the customer know that. Then we pay and when we realize that the camera is not recording, they tell us we should never have purchased the plan because floodlights cannot record continuously. And to top it off, they also refuse to give us our refund.

This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. Why are they advertising a service that does not exist to customers and taking their money and not delivering the service? This is illegal and it needs to be stopped!
