I reached out to the merchant and purchased a wig from him. We have been in contact via email for over 7 weeks. I have never received the product I purchased even after the merchant continuously said it was going to be shipped every week. He mentioned three times that he was sending the merchandise and never did. I even reached back out to him for a refund and nothing.

I have purchased wigs from him previously but have always gotten my merchandise during the time period he mentioned. I also noticed on his “Instagram” that other people were saying that they purchased a wig from him and did not receive it. Then a few days later the comment would disappear. I believe now that he is scamming customers out of merchandise by having customers send via zelle instead of other payments platforms because of the no protection policy. This merchant needs to be held accountable for his business.
