I ordered a dress and received an email from [email protected] stating they had taken payment 61.98 from my account, that they would inform me when they would ship my dress. After a couple of weeks the dress still hadn't come. I emailed them asking where it was, I was sent a USPS tracking. When I went on to the tracking number it showed not shipped but that a label had been created. Another week and I sent an email they finally answered saying have patience with the shipping service. Then it said it was out - a week later I got an email stating they had tried to deliver to the address but no one was there. When I checked the address that was on the tracking it wasn't the correct address, I emailed and let them know - no response. The email also stated it was going back to the sender and did I want a refund. I had already stated that I wanted the refund and reiterated that they should refund me now. The transaction was started April 25. It is May 17th and I have heard nothing.
DO NOT BUY FROM ARNUZ.
